effects of dietary protein decreases by using l-lysine and methionin amino acids on growth performance, survive and carcase composition of rainbow trout (oncorhyus mykiss)

this study surveys on the effects of l-lysine and methionon amino acids on growth performance, survival rate and body composition of rainbow trout (oncorhynchus mykiss). fish with initial average weight 105.23 +  6.33 g in 5 treatments fed with different levels of lysine (1 and 3 %) and methionine ( 1 and 2%) for 8 weeks. the results showed that the treatment which fed 2 % methionine had the best growth performance, the most amount of protein observed in the carcase of the fish which fed l-lysine and he most lipid content observed in treatment which fed 2 % methionin too.
